Hello, guys. I'm here to talk to you about our strategic management course. What we have done is that we have taken a normal strategic management material and we have converted it into a more applied, a much more practical course. So basically, here you have the road map of the different lessons that we're going to cover during the module. The first part is related to strategy. Okay. So we're going to cover topics like the definition, the new type of firms that they are now emerging in the environment. Basically, we will see that they are more network and digital based firms. Now these we will also cover later decisions not related to companies. So why should they decide upon. So things related to clients to price as to the products that they make if they entry to new markets is globalization. How do they approach growth? How do they do innovation? What about the future of a strategy? So basically, as you can see, we will have two different parts. Okay. We will cover these in 15 different lessons. So we have the kickoff, then we have five main lessons related to the theoretical part, and then we have lessons related to the decisions. Finally, we will not only talk about the future of a strategy, but also we will wrap up when you will present your final projects.
