 I'm here to talk to you about our strategic thinking course.

 So probably you have heard of the word strategy.

 This is very important because with this, we take the direction that we want to take our company towards.

 There are many ways to do a strategy, and you will find plenty of material not only in books, but also in the Internet, in different webinars, videos.

 So what we want to do in my team is to try to take a much more applied, more practical approach.

 So what we have done is instead of only analyzing the theoretical part, we're going to go in-depth into how is it to become a manager in a daily basis with decisions that we have to take?

 You know, when we are deciding the strategy of a company and therefore which sets of data we need, which type of analysis, selection, prioritization, how do we somehow manage the different resources of the companies?

 How do we interact with other decision makers in the company?

 For example, the financial part of the operations department, the marketing side, our clients, our suppliers.

 In order to do this, we have designed the following roadmap for the course.

 So the first part that we are going to cover after our kickoff is that we're going to go into the theoretical set of a strategy, not only the normal or traditional definitions that you are right now, but we are going to enhance this with a phenomena that is happening right now in the business world.

 For example, the digital companies, the sustainable companies that demand for a different way of interacting especially and related to networks, to cooperation.

 Later on, we're going to cover different decisions that you may have as a company like process clients, products, globalization, growth, innovation.

 And finally, you are going to present a project, okay?

 You are going to become like consultants or like a nurse, and you're going to design a strategic plan for a company, but not only in terms of what you need, but also the implications, how you're going to play, how you're going to implement all these decisions.
