Welcome to the Network in Madrid. It is a unique meeting of Erasmus universities concerning mainly to forestry and related fields. It's high time we got out of this pandemic situation. It is necessary for our students to go abroad to visit countries, learn the languages, see the techniques that are applied in different countries and come back to their own country and develop these techniques. I think we are facing an amazing and challenging moment to be a forester, but these challenges for our society will help cooperation between countries and also an understanding of what is going on, where is going on. That's quiet mobility and Erasmus plus projects I think are key for helping our students to gain international, skills and concepts, and also to help researchers and society to be prepared for these changes that we are going to suffer both for land-use change and also for climate change. We are discussing, topics, concerning mainly to international mobilities, mainly in the scientific cooperation. So you are welcome to join us.
